FOSTER Tech expands its talent pool by appointing Dr. Tim Lewis as Chief Operating Officer and Engineering Lead

Tech startup FOSTER Technology is excited to announce the appointment of Dr. Tim Lewis as Chief Operating Officer and Engineering Lead.

With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol under the supervision of Jason Zheng Jiang, Founder of FOSTER Technology, Tim also has significant engineering and managerial experience from three years working at a leading design and build contractor in the rail sector. His PhD focused on the optimisation of inerter-based suspension systems for railway vehicles; the Network-Synthesis and Multibody Dynamics Software techniques acquired during which will prove of great benefit to FOSTER Tech during the R&D phase of product development.

Working closely with Jason, Tim will manage the day-to-day running of the company, its R&D projects, as well patent and grant applications.
